Our jewellery is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. To activate the warranty, proof of purchase is required. Please note, this warranty is only applicable to pieces purchased new and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, general wear, or mishandling.
Warranty claims should be submitted via email to support@jewellerybyaman.com. Once your claim is received, you may be asked to return the item to us. We will either repair or replace the item at no cost to you and return it to you with postage covered, within a reasonable timeframe.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, and is provided in accordance with relevant consumer laws, including those under Canadian and U.S. Consumer Law, where applicable. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, or to have your item repaired or replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards.

Please note: Gold-plated jewellery requires mindful care due to the nature of its craftsmanship. It’s important to understand that all metal, including gold plating, is naturally susceptible to wear, fading, or oxidation over time. These characteristics are inherent to metal jewellery and should be expected as part of its lifecycle.
