We ship worldwide from Ontario, Canada. Our primary markets are Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. All orders are tracked and insured.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Yes — free shipping on all orders over $99 CAD within North America (Canada & US). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders within Canada are not subject to customs fees. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the recipient's country — these are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders under a certain value threshold are not charged, but it varies by country.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page. Simply enter your tracking number or order number to see real-time updates on your shipment.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@jewellerybyaman.com.

Yes — contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange for you. Simply email support@jewellerybyaman.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

We're sorry if that happens. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Our jewellery is high-quality gold plating over a durable base metal. It is not solid gold or gold-filled — and that's by design. This is what enables us to offer premium-looking South Asian jewellery at accessible prices. With proper care, the finish maintains its beautiful appearance for a long time.

With proper care, our pieces maintain their finish beautifully. Here are our care tips:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and hairspray
• Store in a cool, dry place (the pouch or box it comes in is ideal)
• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
• Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing

Our jewellery is designed to be gentle on skin. However, if you have known metal sensitivities, we recommend testing by wearing a piece briefly on a small area first. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue wear.

All our products are photographed in natural lighting to represent colours as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings and calibration. As each piece is handcrafted, slight natural variations are a sign of authentic artisanship.
